Low level persistent inflammation is linked to a number of chronic conditions, your heart health and ageing. This plan will give you the knowledge and tools to make the right choices to help your body fight inflammation and pain.

You will be eating delicious foods without unnecessary restrictions. Together we will explore changes that you can make to your diet, introducing new foods, changing habits, widening your choices.

This plan is for you if you want to:

  • be able to distinguish between facts and myths around food

  • lower inflammation in your body and without restricting your diet

  • have enough information about food to be able to make your own choices

  • set a realistic long term plan to help you optimise your nutrition

  • have practical tools to help you improve the way you eat: recipes, tips, ideas

  • widen your food choices: new ingredients, habits, cooking methods

  • stop seeing food as calories/points/macros and be able to experience The Joy of Eating!


This plan is not for you if you:

  • wish to lose weight*

  • want a fixed diet plan telling you what you are ‘allowed’ to eat, with exact quantities/calories

  • need a diet to treat a medical condition (such as diabetes, coeliac disease)

  • want to address specific health concerns (e.g. autoimmune conditions, digestive issues)

  • need emotional support around eating (but I can refer you to someone who can help)
