This plan is for you if you want to:

  • be able to distinguish between facts and myths around food

  • improve your nutrition and maximise your vitality without restricting your diet

  • have enough information about food to be able to make your own choices

  • set a realistic long term plan to help you optimise your nutrition

  • have practical tools to help you improve the way you eat: recipes, tips, ideas

  • widen your food choices: new ingredients, habits, cooking methods

  • stop seeing food as calories/points/macros and be able to experience The Joy of Eating!


This plan is not for you if you:

  • wish to lose weight*

  • want a fixed diet plan telling you what you are ‘allowed’ to eat, with exact quantities/calories

  • need a diet to treat a medical condition (such as diabetes, coeliac disease)

  • need emotional support around eating (but I can refer you to someone who can help)

  • would like advice about supplements
